What is free
On the NeuroScope server, small table work is free: the 2-D playgrounds, the built-in table datasets and your own CSV / Excel files up to 20,000 rows, with networks of up to 200,000 weights - up to 15 minutes of computing per visitor per day.
What uses server time
Image and text datasets, pretrained models (ResNet, VGG, MobileNet, BERT and others) and free work beyond the daily minutes use prepaid server time. Only the seconds the server spends computing for you are counted - training, analysing, tracing and similar work - never the time you spend reading the screen.

One-time payments through Razorpay - no subscription. Unused time stays on your account and does not expire. Your balance is shown with the ⏱ button at the top of the app.
Refunds
If you were charged but the time was not added to your account, or a server fault stopped you from using the time you bought, write to contact@retrogradearc.com with your payment id and we will add the time or refund the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days.
Fair use
The server is shared. Training runs have a time limit, very large models are not available, and automated or abusive use may be blocked. Do not upload data you are not allowed to process; uploaded data is kept only in memory for your session and is deleted when the session ends.
Accounts and privacy
You sign in with a code sent to your email; no password is stored. We keep your email address, your server-time balance, a daily summary of what used time, and your payment records. We do not sell or share this information. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details.
